Very helpful and friendly. Came in for a 20lb CO2 tank refill. Although they told me on the phone they would refill while I waited that was not the case. They did however offer me an exchange instead of a refill. Price was a bit more than other places but I now I have a newer tank than I came in with so I am satisfied.
